Aadesh Shrivastava : 10 Best Songs

Aadesh Shrivastava, known for his chartbuster songs, succumbed to cancer on 5 September 2015, just a day after he turned 49. In a career spanning over two decades, Aadesh composed music for over 100 Hindi films.

He is known for his music compositions for movies like Baabul, Baghban, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, Chalte Chalte, and Rajneeti among others, he also sang a number of songs including Gur nalon ishq mitha, Sona sona, Shava shava, and Gustakhiyaan.

His last film was John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar-starrer Welcome Back that hit theatres on 4th September 2015.

This song from Baghban was picturised on Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini and was a chartbuster. It was sung by various artists which included Alka Yagnik, Hema Sardesai, Amitabh Bachchan, and Aadesh Shrivastava himself.

Aadesh once again lent his voice for Amitabh Bachchan in Shah Rukh Khan-Hrithik Roshan-Kareena Kapoor-Kajol starrer Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham (2001). It was the top wedding song of 2008 and still is!
